Buttercreams: a creamy center enrobed in milk or dark chocolate, infused with raspberry, vanilla, coffee, maplenut, orange or chocolate.

Biscotti: crispy outside with a tender cake like center -  dipped in dark, white and milk chocolate. Varieties include: almond, cranberry almond, chocolate chip, espresso chip, and candy bar crunch.
